Of Some Covenants

  • The construction of ALL exterior structures (such as detached garages, accessory buildings, fences, patios, gazebos, pergolas, etc.) must be approved in writing by the HOA prior to the start of construction as required by Section 26 of the Woodlands Restrictive Covenants (see Association Covenants tab).
  • No house trailers, mobile homes, recreation vehicles, abandoned vehicles, horse trailers, campers, tents, shacks, buses, or like objects are permitted to remain in view.
  • Dogs and cats are not allowed to run free off an owner's property.
For Good Neighbors
  • PLEASE observe the speed limit! This also includes motorcycles, go-carts and other recreational vehicles. We have lots of children in the community and don't want anyone to get hurt!
  • PLEASE respect your neighbor's yard and "scoop the poop" when you walk your dog.
